Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind what we make. If something's wrong with your order, we'll fix it. Simple as that.
Returns — 14-Day Window
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It hasn't been conditioned, treated, or altered
- You reach out to us within 14 days of delivery
To start a return, just message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the process.
What We Don't Accept Returns On
- Items that have been used, conditioned, or show signs of wear
- Custom or personalised orders (engraved items, custom colours)
- Items returned after 14 days without prior approval
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Note: Leather naturally develops minor marks and texture variations — these are not defects and are not grounds for a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. Just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
We take quality seriously. A stitching defect or a hardware issue is absolutely on us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (card/UPI via Razorpay).
- For COD orders, we'll refund to your bank account or UPI ID — please share details when you contact us.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- If you're returning because you changed your mind: return shipping is at your cost.
- If we sent the wrong item or it's defective: we'll cover return shipping.
Exchange
Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange within the 14-day window, subject to availability. Just message us and we'll sort it out.
